Broadband (or "Megapixel") content is any image title that features images that are, on average, greater than 1000x800 pixels in size. If a title is comprised of at least 90% images in this category, then it's classified as a Broadband title.

Almost all Broadband titles also feature smaller images, more suitable for use on "normal" websites, and have been bandwidth optimized. Broadband images are perfect for editing, or for use with customers that have broadband connections and large monitors who want to see every detail. Typically, Broadband images are the "best of the best", because at this size, it's hard to hide any flaws. Matte Photography
Titles with this classification feature a number of photos that are suitable for "matte" work… the backgrounds can be removed so that the models can be easily used in logos, banners, and webpage design elements.
