The "old" solution to the content problem for a lot of webmasters was to simply go to the newsgroups and grab some images, or grab them from another web site. If civil copyright issues weren't enough to make your day go sour, how about a nice Child Porn criminal charge? And, without model releases and copies of ID to prove the ages of the models, guess what is going to happen if you are brought up on charges? The government has no "proof" either, but they DO have "expert witnesses" that are more than willing to testify about how they "feel" that a particular model is underage. Want to go to a jury trial without a shred of evidence in your favor? Think about the chances of winning when you have no evidence, and the government is bringing in expert witness after expert witness to accuse you of being a "Child Pornographer", easily one of the lowest forms of life in existance. Even murderers get more dignity than that. I have an old friend in jail _right now_ because he couldn't prove the age of the models on four photos that he had up on his system... the government said they were underaged models, and he couldn't prove them wrong. He's in jail right now, and will be for years to come. Does that sound appealing to you?
