If you are an adult Webmaster, for whatever reason it might be, your customers are coming to you for one thing: CONTENT!. If you don't have content, you don't have squat. If your customers don't find the content that they want to see on your site, they just keep clicking away until they find something that they like... somewhere else. Even if you have a lot of content already, if you don't keep adding fresh material to your site, your customers get bored and go away, taking their money with them. That's not a good sign for you at all...
So where to do you get the content needed to keep your customers happy? Well, you _could_ take some photos yourself, IF you have some good photographic equipment laying around, and IF you are a halfway decent photographer, and IF you don't mind personally taking on all of the provisions of 18 USC 2257 (the "Label Law"), and IF you have some decent looking models ready and willing to pose for you. But, lets say for arguments sake, that you don't have all of that available... now what?
The "old" solution to the content problem for a lot of webmasters was to simply go to the newsgroups and grab some images, or grab them from another web site. But, there are major problems with doing that. The first major problem is that, in all probability, your customers have already _seen_ those images, so they are worthless to you. After all, if you got the images from those sources, chances are that your customers did, too. And, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other web sites, doing exactly the same thing. Just the sort of thing to get the customer to open up their wallet, eh? Would YOU pay to see the same images that you have already seen, over and over and over again? I didn't think so! (smile!) But, beyond the fact that these images are patently useless for you, there are far worse problems lurking...
Those images had to come from somewhere, and there's a good possibility that "somewhere" a person with a bad attitude resides. There are groups out there in Cyberspace right now who are looking for people running copyrighted materials without permission. These groups range from the largest publishers with the household names, to individual photographers. If you are running materials from uncertain sources, you are asking for trouble, plain and simple. Sooner or later, someone is going to catch up to what you are doing, and what is your defense going to be? "I Didn't know they were yours" doesn't go very far these days. The truely amusing thing is, in addition to the legitimate copyright holders out there, there are those that prey upon people using "uncertain" images by _claiming_ to be the copyright holders, and "shaking down" others by claiming that they will take them to court and sue them for their "illegal usage" of "their images", even though they have no more claim on the images than you do. How do you tell them apart from the legitimate owners? There is no way to do it at all, unless you have purchased your materials from the legitimate licensing source, period!
If civil copyright issues weren't enough to make your day go sour, how about a nice Child Porn criminal charge? When you are using "Uncertain" materials, you have NO idea of the ages of the models on those photos. And, without model releases and copies of ID to prove the ages of the models, guess what is going to happen if you are brought up on charges? The government has no "proof" either, but they DO have "expert witnesses" that are more than willing to testify about how they "feel" that a particular model is underage. Want to go to a jury trial without a shred of evidence in your favor? Think about the chances of winning when you have no evidence, and the government is bringing in expert witness after expert witness to accuse you of being a "Child Pornographer", easily one of the lowest forms of life in existance. Even murderers get more dignity than that. I have an old friend in jail _right now_ because he couldn't prove the age of the models on four photos that he had up on his system... the government said they were underaged models, and he couldn't prove them wrong. He's in jail right now, and will be for years to come. Does that sound appealing to you?
Now that I've brightened up your day a bit, what are some of the options? There are plenty of adult content providers out there that will sell you photos... at $1.00 to $20.00 a photo, or even more! This quickly gets VERY expensive to maintain a website if you have to buy any significant amount of content... and customers only look at them once before they want something else. Do you have that kind of money? Or would you prefer to find a less expensive solution?
Even if you do have that kind of money, wouldn't it be nice to be able to put a few thousand images online to keep your customers happy, without spending thousands to do it?
There ARE affordable solutions for you... Adult titles from Web-LegalŪ! These are titles that are specifically published with the intent of putting them on the web. Each can be a little bit different on how they operate, but all are completely legitimate for web usage when you have the associated website license. These images range in price from only a few cents per image and up... AND you don't have to worry about copyright issues, or Child Porn charges.. This is a bargain, nomatter how you look at it! It's inexpensive, easy, and you get a lot of content to keep your customers happy for a small amount of cash. What more could you ask for? Besides gorgeous models willing to work for free, of course... (smile!)

Web-Legal.com isn't an adult content publisher, but a broker for other publishers and photographers. We will not attempt to push one title over others. We will not "talk down" about a title because it didn't originate here. We have no personal agenda to push. Our interest is in finding what works best for YOU, not in pushing "our product" on you. Our philosophy is simple: Ask us a question, and you get an honest answer.
I started Arsenal Computer in 1991 as a direct result of being lied to and ripped off when I was looking for online content for my BBS (Bulletin Board System). It angered me so much, that I ended up going into the online content business myself to provide a place where the online operator could go for reliable information, good products and honest opinions. We will never lie to you to make a sale, and we will never misrepresent a product to you. We back up all of our content with a 30-day no-hassles money-back guarantee, so you are never stuck with something that you don't like. We provide samples of the material that we sell, so that you can see what you are ordering before you order it. Ask us a question, and you will get an honest answer. That is our pride, and our reputation.
